My Top Five Favorite Inspirational Easter Songs

Easter is right around the corner so I thought it would be fun to share some of my favorite tunes for this holiday.

Here’s my TOP FIVE FAVORITE Inspirational Easter Songs (in no particular order):

I love both the Keith Green version as well as the original performed by the group 2nd Chapter of Acts. But could not find a very good version of the latter so here you go…Keith Green singing, The Easter Song!

I think Dolly does a great rendition of this Don Francisco classic, He’s Alive!

How could I leave out one of the most popular inspirational hits of all time? Here’s Dallas Holm singing, Rise Again!

This is another gem by Keith Green. The record is great, but seeing a live performance from back in the day is a treat. Enjoy listening to The Victor!

Finally, this Matt Papa tune reminds us why the Easter message is so important and challenges those of us who say we believe Jesus is alive, to live like it. Take a moment and be blessed by This Changes Everything!

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE EASTER SONG?

    • I know how you feel Debbie. Not only do these songs take me back in time to great memories, they also carry the awe-inspiring message of hope God gave the world through Jesus. Happy Easter!

      • Amen.

I just listened to “This Changes Everything”. I had never heard it. Now, I want to send the link of it to my husband. He would totally get that message and be so blessed.

I love these. I NEEDED these. You just have no idea.

        • And you have no idea how much your comments mean to me. Thank you Debbie for your encouragement and I pray you, your hubby and your whole family have a wonderful Easter!

  1. I don’t think I can name one favorite any more than you could. I might be able to narrow it to about five. “Rise Again” has long been a favorite. It’s actually part of my testimony of salvation. I love it.

I am going to enjoy just sitting with cups of coffee over the next week and coming back to listen to these via your links. I’ll start with “Rise Again” this morning.

Looking forward to the unfailing hope of resurrection with you!
